For construction, property and professional services firms.
Your path with AI: Audit. Build. Train. Partner.
The Korbai Method: find where AI pays first, prove it, and build from there. One thing at a time, until it’s simply how your business works. No giant overhaul, and nothing that ends up gathering dust.
Not now Low-return tools and unproven ideas
Free 30-minute call: What happens next
Start here
- Talk: 30 minutes on how your business runs. No prep needed.
- Plan: I come back with the first step, and what it costs.
- Decide: go ahead or don’t. If AI won’t pay, I’ll tell you.
“It never felt like a sales pitch, it felt like a conversation with someone who knew what he was talking about.”
David Murphy Director & Residential Sales, Murphy Residential01 Audit: Find where AI pays first
Fixed fee, fixed window
Generally the best first step. We go through the business properly, find the workflow where AI pays first, and prove the number on it.
Not now Low-return tools and unproven ideas
02 Build: Prove one workflow
First workflow live in weeks
We implement the workflow that won the Audit, or the one you came to us to build, on your systems, with your people. One thing at a time, proven before the next, with data set up deliberately.
03 Train: Your team runs it
Checked again after 30 days
Your team learns to run it on their own work, in the tools they already use.
04 Partner: Keep it on track
Ongoing, with regular check-ins
Ongoing advisory. The AI landscape moves monthly, and most firms don’t need a head of AI on payroll. They need one on call.
- One proven step at a time
- Your clients’ data stays safe
- Where AI won’t pay, I’ll tell you
The problem isn’t AI. It’s the scatter, and more tools won’t fix it.
Someone’s paying for three tools. Someone’s got a prompt that saves an hour a week. Nobody’s measuring anything, and the owner has a quiet feeling they’re falling behind. We fix that the only way that works: find the point where AI pays, prove it on one workflow, and build from there.
Safe from day one
Business accounts, clear rules, and a person signs off, so your clients’ data stays where it should.
It ends with something running.
We build the workflow, put it live in your business, and run it with you. We measure it in hours saved every week.
Built on what you already pay for
Short cycles, wired into the tools your team already uses first, whether that’s Copilot or ChatGPT. We only add new ones when they clearly earn their place.
Most businesses have tried AI. Few can point to what it’s saved them.
Most get stuck at a few subscriptions and a few experiments, with nothing to put a number on. The hard part was never the tools: it’s roughly 70% people and 30% technology (BCG, 2024). So we prove AI pays on one workflow before claiming anything bigger, and we never quote numbers we can’t stand behind.

Tried tools, still scattered
A few subscriptions, some experiments, and no clear return to point to. Sound familiar?
The gap is widening
Businesses treating AI as real change are pulling ahead of the ones still dabbling.
70% people, 30% tech
The technology is the easy part. Adoption and change are the hard part, and where we focus.

You’ll be dealing with me.
By the time owners call me, they’ve usually tried three tools and trusted none of them. That’s the point where I’m useful. I’m Paul Korber. Twenty years in commercial technology, spanning digital marketing and search: eight of them at Microsoft, the last two inside Microsoft AI as technical sales lead for APAC. I also spent years building a service business of my own from scratch. Expensive lessons included.
Most AI consultants have the corporate credentials or the founder scars. I’ve got both, and I’ll be straight with you about where AI belongs in your business and where it doesn’t. I’m Sydney-based, and happy to work in the room with you.

We get your people fluent and confident with AI: practical sessions grounded in the way your team works.
Explore Will AI recommend us?Getting found by AI
When buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity before they ask Google, we give AI the clear, consistent signals it needs to recommend you.
ExploreWhat it’s like to work with us
A few of the people we’ve worked with, in their own words.
Damien Gould Co-founder & CEO, GoodtelThe roadmap gave us a clear plan. It shows where AI should help first, what the tools we already pay for can do, and the fixes that don’t need AI at all, with every item priced on its own. It starts with the priority I’d named myself - Paul was an excellent listener and business strategist.
Kirsty Giordani Global Managing Director, IAAWe had a Claude subscription and we were using a fraction of it. A report that used to take a week now takes hours. A pre-meeting brief that was half a day of research is ready in minutes, with every fact sourced.
David Murphy Director & Residential Sales, Murphy ResidentialNot only does he have a deep understanding of AI but also business. As a result he found real opportunities for us, was honest about where AI doesn’t belong.
Shaun Davies Founder & Principal, The AI Training CompanyWe had a plan we could execute the same week. As someone who trains people in AI, I have high expectations on this topic, and Paul exceeded them.
Thomas Roberts Director, Which Real Estate AgentThe most useful part was him being straight about where the risk was real and where it wasn’t, which saved us over-engineering things that didn’t need it.
Richie Tramontana LREA Sales, Vernon PartnersThere was no hype, just a clear understanding of how AI fits alongside the systems and tools we already use.
Kevin Watsford Director, Handyman Guru KevFor the first time it felt achievable rather than scary. I’d recommend Paul to any business owner who isn’t sure where to start.
