Getting found by AI.
When buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity before they ask Google, we give AI the clear, consistent signals it needs to recommend you.
We call it AI visibility: being found, cited and trusted when people, and increasingly their AI assistants, go looking for what you do.
AI visibility is the outcome; SEO, GEO and AEO are how it’s delivered
- SEO gets you the click Search engine optimisation
- AEO gets you the answer Answer engine optimisation
- GEO gets you cited Generative engine optimisation
Who is AI visibility for?
Sydney construction, property and professional services firms with 5 to 100 staff, and any business with more than one service line, where buyers now ask ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity who to call before they search. It matters most if your work wins clients once they find you, and AI assistants aren’t naming you yet.
“I engaged Paul for an AI Visibility audit. I got back more than I’d hoped for. Paul gave me a detailed, thoughtful response that reflected his two decades of search experience, and he also knew how to apply AI to real business problems.”
Why does this matter now?
When buyers ask AI who to use, the answer comes from how legible your business is to it. Four things worth knowing:
Search has changed shape
Being surfaced by an AI engine is a different problem with different signals, and much of what’s being sold is built for the old world of human clicks.
Citations are the new currency
The goal isn’t a ranking. It’s being the source AI engines trust and cite, which takes a fact-led point of view, real experience, and consistency about who you are.
It rewards the early and the patient
On experience, it takes roughly six months of consistent effort before it meaningfully moves, which is exactly why starting now matters. The early-SEO window is open again, and it closes the same way.
Today’s visibility is tomorrow’s readiness
Clean structure, trusted signals and well-described services get you into AI answers today. The same work is the groundwork for when your customer’s AI agent does the comparing and deciding.
What does AI visibility work involve?
AI visibility work is SEO, GEO and AEO run as one job, so AI engines can find you, read you and cite you. We handle the technical side and keep you in the loop on what we’re doing and why. AI visibility is the outcome; SEO, GEO and AEO are how it’s delivered.
Search engine optimisation
Gets you the click. The foundations still hold, and the engines lean on them.
Generative engine optimisation
Gets you cited in the AI’s answer, so your business is named when it writes one.
Answer engine optimisation
Gets you the answer itself, when an engine replies directly instead of listing links.
You will also see this called AI SEO, LLM SEO or ChatGPT SEO. Same problem wearing different labels, and the work underneath does not change. We set out what to fix first in how to get recommended by AI.

What a free Snapshot found recently
7 of 184
AI answers named it, across eight engines
- Ranked first more often than not, when it was named.
- Missing from every answer about the kind of sunglasses that make up most of its best-selling range.
- AI cited editorial round-ups, so getting into those became part of the plan.
0 of 16
questions on strategic planning, leadership or profit where AI named them
- Named on 7 of 9 questions that asked for their method by name.
- No reason to change website platform: most of it could be fixed where the site already was.
6 of 192
AI answers named it, across eight engines
- Built around Google Shopping, yet never named by Google’s own AI.
- The site was technically strong, so the plan moved off it: getting other sites to mention the business.
All three from single-day scans between August and October 2026, shared without names.
Brand-level visibility
Is your business itself understood, trusted and cited?
Offer-level visibility
Is every individual thing you sell described so it surfaces: every service line, every listing?
Most providers stop at the brand layer. The gap between the two is where customers get lost.

Questions we get asked
How much does AI visibility work cost?
The Snapshot is free. The audit and strategy is a one-off, quoted once we've seen where you stand, so you know the number before you commit. After that you choose: stop there, add monthly tracking with a quarterly review, or have us do the work for you.
Does this replace our marketing?
No. It sits alongside it. It makes the rest of your marketing easier to find and easier to trust.
What makes AI recommend one business over another?
What it can read and verify about you: your own site describing each service clearly, the same facts about you everywhere else, such as your Google Business Profile, directories and LinkedIn, plus reviews and other sites mentioning you. The deep audit scores each of those signals against your competitors.
Is this just SEO?
SEO is the baseline. Most AI engines still lean on its fundamentals, and it'd be untrue to pretend otherwise. AI visibility layers the new signals on top: being cited, trusted and consistent where AI assembles the answer.
Can you guarantee we'll be recommended?
No. The measurement is still being built, and anyone promising guaranteed AI rankings is selling smoke. Our answer is transparency: we track what we change, correlate it to movement, and tell you straight what's working and what isn't.
How long before it moves?
On experience, roughly six months of consistent effort before it meaningfully moves. That's the honest number, and the reason starting early beats waiting.
